vtt preview thumbs doesn't show up after replay video on jwplayer 6.12.
Why is that? How can we solve that?

Hello,
Often times this might stem from a missing crossdomain.xml file which I’ve noticed you have in place. However when I try your webvtt file markup in my environment, I do not receive any thumbs. Just out of curiosity if you try the format suggested here do you still experience problems: The range the tooltip thumbnail represents. Note the range needs to be in (HH:)MM:SS.MMM format. Only this exact notation will be parsed.
The URL to the tooltip thumbnail for this range. The URL is relative to the VTT file (not to the page or player), much like images included in CSS sheets.

I'm experiencing the same issue, on all our videos. The thumbnails work fine when you play the video the first time. If you let the video play all the way to the end, then press the replay button in the middle of the screen, the video plays again but this time with no thumbnails.
