Hi,
These aren’t technically playlists. These are manifest files for HLS streaming. This treats all included files as a single, segmented stream, which means that there will not be multiple playlist items. (Unless you were to put multiple M3U8 manifests into a playlist) You can accomplish this via a playlist config:
