We have having premium account with our client and using jw player to play video in our website.
currently we are using JWplayer version 6.12 and goint to use JW player 7.
We are having issue with playing video in IE7 and IE8.

Known Issues and Upcoming Features
• Due to JW7’s new skinning model, IE8 is not officially supported with JW7
As much as I love the new skinning model and as much as I despise IE, I think the fact that there isn't some type of fallback for IE 8 will prevent a lot of people from upgrading, hopefully I can stay with v7 for now. Thankfully, Microsoft is ending IE 8 support in January 2016, which I'm sure factored into your decision to drop it now. Keep up the great work!

We purchased JW Player to deliver content to a wide range of corporate clients may who have firewalls blocking YouTube etc.. However most of these are still on IE8. Are there any work around were we can still offer content to these clients, or do we need to look for another provider. Can we server flash as a fall back for example.
