Can't save publishing link in Metadata for movies uploaded in last week

When I view a video in my dashboard and goto Metadata->Link and add a value and hit save I see a red bar for about a second, then the link value goes blank, and nothing is saved. We use the api to pull published videos into sites and if I can't save this link I can't publish the video in our sites.

Will this be resolved anytime soon? I'm really taking heat on this one. I've been taking heat since I upgraded to version 7, I feel there was questionable QA done and next time I'll wait months before an upgrade. This has really hurt my job and reputation. When the videos don't work I take a lot of heat and possibly won't be getting a raise or even worse if I can't get these published. It's frustrating when my job depends on a 3rd party service I choose and things don't work. I don't mind taking heat if my own code sucks or is flawed, but it sucks to take heat for choosing one company over another.

I saw this issue for the time in a different account yesterday. What is the URL you are trying to add? Does it include the unique video ID by any chance?

I'm seeing this issue as well. No matter what URL I enter into the "Link" field, it does not get saved.

Are there restrictive parameters as to which domains are supported...?

My links do not contain the video ID. Here's an example of a link I just tried to save:

http://www.motionmediasolutions.com/web-store-videos/

I know the engineers are working on a solution. I will update this thread when I hear a timeframe for an update to resolve this.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, for me I am trying to add the video "Key" in the url, but even if I don't I have this issue. If any value exists in "Link" it seems to happen if I hit "SAVE CHANGES".

This issue should have been fixed today. Can you try again and let me know if it is working for you now?
