Exit Full Screen when Video Completes

We are building a training application. We have the option for the user to make the video full screen. After the video completes some users were confused about why the questions did not show up and asked if we could automatically exit from full screen. Is this something that is possible using the API? Is it different for flash/browser/mobile?

There is no API call to set fullscreen, due to phishing-related security restrictions in both Flash and HTML5.
