Remove JW7 Branding, YouTube Quality

First off, I read that you can't remove JW7 branding from the right-click menu. I am paying for the Ads version, and I do not want to shout to everyone that I am using something named "Ads". I do not want to have any mention of the JW Player. I will need this added back in, in order for me to switch to the new version.

Another, unrelated issue. When switching between qualities in the YouTube player: It doesn't tell you which quality it is on. Test on the player here:

In another post Todd said he thinks it's going to be solved soon. ( but there was no promise)

I have also escalated the YouTube bug. I see the UI does not change when trying to change levels in the HD menu. I also see that the Javascript API setCurrentQuality() event does not seem to work.
