I see a purchase for your e-mail address from Jan 2013, so you’re in the same boat as the other folks. You can create a new free account using a different e-mail address, but you will need to wait for our engineers to deploy an update before you can upgrade your existing account. I expect this to be resolved this week.

Engineering sleeping? You cannot charge people, get the money and then do not deliver .... escalations at Paypal will likely decrease your reputation.

The customers who were not able to upgrade to JW 7 right away bought their licenses back in 2012 or 2013, so they have been getting the access to JW 6 they paid for all this time.

@streaming – Did you receive the e-mail last week about upgrading your account? I see you made a purchase again recently, so I wanted to check with you to see if you are seeing any errors when trying to upgrade.

@patrick, I see you have a Premium account and your account was migrated to the new dashboard. Can you sign in at http://dashboard.jwplayer.com and verify that you are seeing the same thing on your side?

@Todd when accessing http://dashboard.jwplayer.com I see the old dashboard with the "JW Player 7 is here! Click here to get the new player (and a new dashboard!)." strap on top. When clicking "Click here", I've to confirm the update and this results in
"Hmm. Something isn't right with this update.
