autoplay for IOS

Hi,

There is nothing about autoplay since last year coming up under Search in the forums. We have a browser based video system and need the ability for our live streams to autoplay. It doesn't really make sense for a live feed to require a play button push. Is there any option for autoplay if we are using live streams?

iOS blocks all videos from autostarting without the viewer’s interaction. My understanding is that this was done to prevent users from getting data overage charges if videos started without their knowledge.

One way I know of to make videos autostart is to write a native iOS app using our iOS SDK. We just released a new version that enables autostart.
