HLS seeking/switching bitrate stops video and plays only audio

Hi,
we have a problem with seeking/switching bitrate of HLS video stream in flash version of JW Player. After seek/change bitrate is playing only audio, but not video.
You can test it e.g. with stream: http://media.mojemedicina.cz:1935/vod/videos/smil:2015_ipad_petr_mara/playlist.m3u8
We are using JW Player version 6.12.4945 and Wowza server 4.1.2 as a streaming server.
What should we change to start working this adaptive HLS stream correctly?

I'm seeing it, try start play, wait a few seconds, seek to the second half of the video. Now is playing only audio, but video is a frozen. Same if I'm switch quality from Auto to some different which was not used in auto mode.

Ah yes, I see it as well now. The same thing happens when I plug the m3u8 source into my Safari browser (seeking causes a freeze). This indicates that there is something wrong about the way that the stream was built.

Thanks, source files for HLS stream had not the same key frames.
