JwPlayer and HLS Streaming

I use JwPlayer for HLS streaming: load player html and JS by Ajax call insert into current page Everything goes well but on Windows in Chrome JwPlayer (Flash mode) hides mouse cursor and does not show controls on mouse hover. How can it be?
Windows 8, Chrome v43,Adobe Flash Player v18.

Sounds like some sort of timing issue. Do you see any JS errors in your dev console?

No, I use touchscroll.js (https://github.com/davidaurelio/TouchScroll) and seems that this script does some bad work.
