jwplayer 6.12. Issue with in ie9, video is not displayed, only sound works

Hello

We have a jwplayer 6.12 player integrated in our pages, it works fine in all browsers except ie version 9 and older.
It is required that it works at leaset for ie9, The issue is that the video is not being displayed, only works the sound. the videos are working fine in ie11, Google Chrome and Firefox.
Please can you help us to understand the issue and how to solve it?

As a first step in debugging, run one of the videos through Handbrake - take the default settings, plus check "Web optimized" - and see if the reprocessed video works in IE9. That should reveal whether this is an encoding problem or not.
