How to export more than a days worth of analytics?

It seems our dataset is making the server hit a timeout generating the csv. Is there anyway to get lets say a months worth of analytics?
Right now 1 day at a time doesn't make it easy to analyze. Default setting is a week and that times out.
Any thoughts or suggestions most welcome.
