RTMP and HLS

Hi,

I want to purchase JWPlayer , I am not sure which version should I purchase to support this options.

I want to have RTMP ( Multiple bitrate detect the suitable one by Internet Speed) as default method and have HLS for mobile phones ( Android/IOS) also as fall back method if RTMP is blocked on some places then switch to HLS.

I appreciate any help and suggestion regarding this matter.
