Hi there.
In the past I could access two Dashboards: one for JW Player and other for JW Platform.
Now, every time that i log in I'm redirected to JW Player Dashboard and I cant acesso the JW Player Dashboard.
How can I access the JW Player dashboard to have my self hosted player download link and license?

What happens if you login, then go here:
https://account.jwplayer.com/#/account
You probably have the exact same e-mail address for both accounts. If yes, then we will need to assign a new e-mail address to your JW Platform account. Please e-mail us directly at support@jwplayer.com regarding this so you do not have to post your e-mail addresses in the forum.
