Pause button causing postback on .net website

The pause button doesn't work for the HTML5 player. When you attempt to hit pause, the <control> causes a postback therefore refreshing the page. What version is this fixed in as I don't want to use a flash player?

There must be something wrong with your particular page, because this definitely doesn’t happen with the player. Test this player (http://www.jwplayer.com/)

Can you please provide a link so we can troubleshoot your issue?

Cooper - It's an Intranet site so you can't access it but I can tell that your player has this issue in a .NET environment as the <controls> tag being used in the HTML player fires a postback. Is this resolved in newer versions?

I'm using JW Player 6.3.3242 (Pro edition). I need a long term fix without using the flash player.

.NET has no effect on the behavior of client-side technology, I’m not sure how these are related.
