Close captions disappear on mobile device

Hi everyone

I have some problems with cc on mobile. In desktop, I can see caption but on ios/android/wp 8.1, close captions disappear.

I came up with a solution to enabling video captions when viewing on mobile iOS7 - this may help with other devices too:
