Clickable captions or other method to add temporal links during video playback?

Hi,

Is there a way to add (styled) texts with links (closed captions could be the way) during a video that is played back? I'd like to create a looping video of let's say 3 shots / scenes, where each of the 3 shots has its own caption which a user can click on that will bring him to another page.

Example of a 30 seconds during video with 3 shots:
Shot 1, from 0:00 - 0:10 - shows a caption labeled "introduction" that when clicked links to website.com/intro
Shot 2, from 0:10 - 0:20 - shows a caption labeled "people" that when clicked links to website.com/people
Shot 3, from 0:20 - 0:30 - shows a caption labeled "about" that when clicked links to website.com/about

This is relatively straightforward to do with Tatami, overlays and some custom CSS.

I've created a Tatami snapshot to demonstrate how this can be achieved :
