Captions

How do I set the captions ON. I have tried to edit the domain/jwp6/plugins/captions.xml to true.

<flashvar type="select">
<name>state</name>
<default>true</default>
<description>Set this to false to turn off the captions by default.</description>
<select>
<option>true</option>
<option>true</option>
</select>
Do I need to edit somewhere else !??.
When I make the post on my web ( Wordpress ) I just add the external media set the link of movie which is in my host I get [jwplayer mediaid="136"] nothing more. the file is playing but I cannot see the CC button.
As per your how-to there are some lines of configs but I am confused where tu put them in post on worpress or can I just enable that feature globally somehwere on Java player .

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the JW Player support team. Often times you will not see the CC button due to file restrictions. A link to the setup may be of use or looking through the console window of the browser. Another hurdle may be the need of a crossdomain file for accessing the files:

I have read those two threads but not helping much.

Is this short code correct !?

[jwplayer mediaid="141" plugin="captions" captions.file="http://mydomain.net/m/02.srt"]

I have tried with VTT also.

Hello,

Do you happen to have the actual feed that you are using?
