The mouse pointer disappears

Hi!
I've noticed that the mouse pointer disappears when you leave the player environment for video playback. This happens even in your example page: http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1433869-companion-ads.

Thank you for contacting the JW Player support team. I’ve noticed that the mouse only disappears when idle in the player space. In your instance your stating that when you leave the player area your mouse disappears? is this in a specific browser?
