Amazon s3 files endlessly buffering

Hello

I am trying to play s3 files using WP plugin and free version of JW player. Do I need pro version to play these files?

Is there a support article or tutorial showing how to set this up?

Have the videos been encoded with the moov atom at the beginning? If not, the whole video will download before it begins playing.

Starts playing within about three seconds of clicking "play," for me.

OK, I checked in Chrome and also in Ipad and it plays OK. It seems it is an IE issue. Is there something specific for IE browsers?

No problem in IE11, either - the video starts within a few seconds. I'd suggest you try resetting the "Advanced" settings in IE to their defaults.
