less than IE9 my video not playing

to reproduce issue go to Internet Options --> Advance tab --> Disable "Enable Native XMLHttp Support"

I’m not sure how this setting has to do with IE8 support. Can you try to disable hardware acceleration and see if that video works?

I unchecked the option (as mentioned in first post) IE8 still your home page video is playing.
I need the same functionality.. can you please post the code for the same.
