Player Loading Slowly

It need to wait for a while until the player actually appear.
Is there anything I can do? or What kind of problem I'm facing when loading the player?

I see you are self-hosting our player, so your load time will partially be determined by your web host. I also see some additional Javascript libraries that are loading on this page before you link to jwplayer.js. My suggestion would be to create a test page with only our jwplayer.js and the HTML necessary to load our player to see how fast that loads. Then you will be able to see if linking to additional Javascript libraries after our player causes an undesired load time.
