What is the best way to do 2 audio stream with same video with wowza and jwplayer??

Is this even do able we know that jwplayer suport it but what is the best encoder to do this??

Are you using an HLS stream in JW Player 6.11 or higher?

As documented at http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1430189-about-hls-streaming , you can include additional audio streams by using the #EXT-X-TYPE=AUDIO syntax in your HLS manifest.
