Device Support problem in wordpress

Hello.

When adding a YouTube link in Add External Media with the plugin, the title and description isn't correct, and the poster image, the thumbnail of video, is always like this image: http://i.ytimg.com/vi/UKY3scPIMd8/0.jpg

In the post, the video runs well, but this thumbnail suggests that the video fails. I can pick a thumbnail from the media library, but it is twice the work as before.

Is there a solution?
I have never had problems until now.

I know that this shortcode works ( [jwplayer file="youtube-url"] ), but i need add the video in my Media Library.

Thanks.

Hello,

YouTube is deprecating their RSS user channel format, i.e. http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/XXXXXX/uploads?v=2&alt=rss

This change was made entirely on YouTube’s end. They replaced the first or sometimes the entire contents of an RSS playlist with that error video. As an alternative, manual playlist rss embeds are still functional: http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/playlists/XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX?alt=rss That will still work with our player.

Our product team is aware of the recent YouTube changes and will be releasing updates in future player releases.

I understood. I will wait to update wordpress plugin that allows me to add the videos to the media library with thumbnails.

Meanwhile I will do manual thumbnails.

Thank you.
