Captions only appear when in FULL Screen mode

For years our vtt caption files have been working great, but until recently, the .vtt caption file (even when the caption is toggled to on) do not appear in the player - they ONLY appear if the video is forced into FULL SCREEN mode, and then back to regular size. When it is back in the regular size mode, the captions will then appear, but they are aligned all the way to the left of the player. What is happening? How can this be fixed?

Thats interesting. Have you recently updated your JW Player library recently. Do you happen to have a link that I can look at with the CC problem?
