Pre-Roll Stutter
Hello, when we send a pre-roll ad, the video starts rolling and then cuts off abruptly and then serves the pre-roll ad.
Instead of the pre-roll ad running first then the video, the video starts, stops, runs the pre-roll ad and then runs the video.
what are we doing wrong?
