How can i active my pro version with JWplayer wordpress plugin?
Hi ! I had puchased JWplayer pro version. But when i submit my licsene key to my pluign on wordpress. It not work, then it go back to free version. So, how can i active Jwplayer wordpress plugin? I account is email@example.com Thank you!

Hi! I was saved my active code. Thank you. But i dont reciept notification for version update on menu wordpress plugin. I was downloaded new version from wordpess and upload to my site. Next time for update, how can i know you release jwplayer update? Can you make an notification?
And, about JW Platform login, i can't login. I receipt a message : "Your login credentials were not accepted. Please try again."

You can find any updates here. You can also occasionally refresh the updates page to see if any new updates have been pushed. In regards to your Platform account, is this a newly created account that you have never logged into before is no, can you provide me the account details that you use to log in? You may want to consider clearing your cache as well.
