Older videos not showing in JW Analytics

Why are older videos not showing up in JW Analyze Analytics when I switch the date range? I need some info on videos from last year.

Hi Ben,

Specifically which videos are you attempting to look at? I’m not aware of any reason why this shouldn’t populate.

Specifically looking for info on the following file:

Need history since it was posted sometime last year.

The interface isn't letting me find the information for the video.

The video is no longer on production.

When looking at debugger, your anayltics interface is responding with server error 500 when trying to request the specific video list:
https://account.jwplayer.com/xhr/analytics/videos/read?endDate=2014-12-31&maxResults=10&order=total_plays:desc&page=1&q=&sample=false&startDate=2014-06-01

Hi Ben,

It’s possible that this error may happen if you’re attempting to export a large dataset. If you export smaller sized analytics (Per-month for example) are you still seeing these issues?
