Video not playing but jwplayer().getState() returns "PLAYING"

Hi there,
I'm having the following issue.
I have a videostarting on autoplay and no controls, when the video ends it display the play arrow I click and it starts again. After a couple of times when clicking on play the video doesn't work anymore. But running jwplayer().getState() on the console returns 'PLAYING'.
Sometimes it works and sometimes yes, is completely random.
Any idea?

I've got the version 5.10 of JWplayer.
