jwplayer audio not working on some computers

Hello! i was wondering if anyone else is having the problem of audio not coming from some jwplayer embedded websites. i have two that it is working on about 75% of computers, www.heavymetaltelevision.com and www.ironboytv.com, i can't get this to work to save my life but i also can't find another media player that supports ramp and that is just as user friendly as jwplayer...
If my boss loads up the site on his or his wifes laptop there is not audio, but if we goes to his friends house, it works fine, we have several different people that it isn't working on, they are all across the world too.

I am unable to reproduce this issue, but it sounds like this could be an encoding issue – although your stream is RTMP, the video file should still be encoded with the proper audio/video codecs.

Please make sure you are using these settings in your encoding: http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403635-media-format-reference#video/. Some browsers are more stringent than others about encoding requirements. I typically use Handbrake (free on Mac) to encode video files.

Here are a few screenshots of my encoding settings:

ffmpeg is also a great solution to properly encoding h264 mp4’s -
