Error Loading Skin all of a sudden. Site has been running for months

I'm not sure why I'm getting an error loading skin error all of a sudden.

Skin not a valid file type

Hello,

We looked into your player code and noticed that you have embedded the player with a “Free” license key. Free accounts do not have the ability to pull custom skins.
