I have an iPad which is version 7. When play a video in ipad using jwplayer it pauses automatically. I checked that in safari and chrome. Don't know issues on jwplayer or my side. Can anyone help please ? this is a quite an urgent.

Do you mean that the video just pauses at some random point, by itself?
If you're referring to autostart, that's disabled on all mobile devices by the devices' operating systems, and for very good reasons (expensive bandwidth, disruption caused by autostarting videos in public places, etc., etc.). There's no way around that.
I’d suggest placing the video in question in an HTML5 video tag. It’s possible that the encoding or bandwidth could be factoring into this. Removing the player from this is a good first troubleshooting step.
