Change skin when going fullscreen

Is there a way to change the skin while the video is playing, eg when going to fullscreen ?

There’s no way to change the skin once the player is rendered unfortunately. You’d need to reload the player to make any changes, which wouldn’t really work well with a fullscreen event listener, I believe.
