Preroll not appearing in mobile browser

Hi,

we have tried both html5 and vast ads both don't worked well.

I see an Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header error in Chrome’s Javascript console. We have not enabled CORS on our server, so you cannot link to the XML file on our web site. You need to copy the file locally to your server. Please see http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403679-crossdomain-file-loading for more details on cross-domain file loading.
