VTT closed captions don't appear

I'm testing out the closed captioning following your directions here: http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1407438-adding-closed-captions

I copied your WEBVTT example and saved it to a .vtt file. The resource seems to be loading, but I see no captions. See site http://dev.gravityswitch.com/jwplayer/

Update: I happened to look at the site on ios and it the CC works great. mmhh

Rubber-ducking this forum. Once I posted the question I realized the "CC" button wasn't switched on on the player, perhaps not getting the default: true setting...

This is working for me in Chrome as well. 12 seconds into you see the caption as directed by your VTT:
