Hello, I have a website in wordpress, 3 languages, the JW Player works fine in all but the French version, showing this message: Error loading player: No playable sources found

Thank you for contacting support. That is a bit strange. Is the French version of your player utilizing Flash as the primary rendering mode? Also, do you happen to have a link to the site?
