My dashboard has been wiped out again....Urgent!!
I went to login to my JWPlatform account this morning and found that it had been replaced by a JWplayer Free account. As far as I know all of my hosted videos are still playing, but I have lost the ability to manage them and presumably lost my credits for money spent too.
Can somebody please call me, this is a mission critical error on JW's part. I'm trying to get ahold of tech support but none ever responds?
