My dashboard has been wiped out again....Urgent!!


I went to login to my JWPlatform account this morning and found that it had been replaced by a JWplayer Free account. As far as I know all of my hosted videos are still playing, but I have lost the ability to manage them and presumably lost my credits for money spent too.

Can somebody please call me, this is a mission critical error on JW's part. I'm trying to get ahold of tech support but none ever responds?

1) Log out
2) Clear your browser cache
3) Log back in at this specific URL: https://account.jwplayer.com/sign-in?platform=1

Thanks for helping... I find this kind of frustrating. It's a bad user experience. I guess I'm back in for now.
