File couldn't be played (mp4)

Hi, I'm having troubles about some of videos. Videos have H264 and AAC codecs but IE, Firefox and Chrome can't play it. I have also mimetypes in my web.config.
How can I fix that issue.

Viewing the MP4 file within the browser directly is not playing back:

I’d suggest re-encoding this.
