No audio once embedded

Hello,
I have just uploaded an mp4 with audio, but once it is on the player I cannot hear it.

Thank you for contacting support. I checked both your swf and mp4 video and had no audio on the swf and no play at all on the mp4. Could you provide a direct link to the video that you have confirmed has working audio? Also, if you embed this test video in your code does the mp4 play https://content.jwplatform.com/videos/cVnupXkp-480.mp4
