Audio-only player is not playing

Hi all,

I'm trying to run an audio-only player with an .aac audio file but it's not playing. Do you know if there is some problem in cloud-hosted jw player library? It's because even in the page http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1406724-aac-or-mp3-audio-embed the example is not playing.

Any idea what is happening?

I appreciate any help

This should be supported on most browsers. When testing on our HTML5 page here, are you seeing a similar issue?

Also, is this happening in HTML5 or Flash? Which browser/OS also?
