"Media Failed"

I have tried to upload two videos. After successfully uploading these, and just after the videos are processed, the videos can't be played as the video cover art states "Media Failed". Here is a screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/0l412y2a2A2f

Any idea what the issue might be?
