Video Ads that are not Pre-Roll etc.

I would like to use JW Player to just play the video ads from vast or other tags, but they won't be loading before another video. More specifically I would like JW Player to load on my page and play the vast supplied ad and thats it. I don't host videos on my site, I just want the ad videos to load in JW Player on my page where I want.

Is this possible?

Essentially, you’d need a blank MP4 to operate with the player, while scheduling a preroll.
