MP3 seek and fast forward

Hi.
I'm making pseudo-streaming with some FLV files using Xmoov and JWPlayer, and seeking them works good.
Now I need to make the same thing with MP3 files, and I also need the fast forward feature.
What kind of streaming solution I need to make it working? Is it possible to have it with HTML5 JWPlayer?
