No suitable players found and fallback enabled On Mobile

We are using Cloud-Hosted Player Code v6.12 at test site.

When try to test at mobile device it gives "Error loading player no playable sources found." and at debug window " No suitable players found and fallback enabled".

You're using RTMP. RTMP is a Flash protocol, and there's no Flash on any mobile device, no matter what player you're using.
