When using Google Analytics plugin, after 30 seconds, GA shows a user watching a video that is actively playing as "inactive".

No, but it's quite readily reproducible.

In that case, I’ll still need to see a link of where this is happening or explicit instructions. Is this happening with a certain file type, flash vs HTML5, on a particular browser, version, etc. Again, all of this information can be gathered with a link, which is why I’ll need to see this.
