IE 10 and downwards not showing videos

Hi there,

I encoded some videos as MP4 / h.264 and embedded them with
JW player , premium license.

the videos are hosted on AWS S3, streamed through cloudfront.



It works like a charm in chrome, mozilla and opera. IE just wont do anyhting, except post error messages.

I reencoded the videos twice. once through adobe premiere, once through handbrake. still same errors.

it´s not the videos, I am 100% sure of that.

so, what ´s wrong and how can I fix it so that IE will play the videos ?
