Midroll in video for mobile device (smarthphone)

Hi, i am using JWPlayer v.6.10, and I'm trying to insert a midroll in a video, the thing is that in Desktop this works fine, but when i open the site in my smarthphone, the mid-roll not work(charge and play fine), when finish the mid-roll video, the player returns this error "Error loading media: File could not be played".
This happend only in mobile devices.
Please help!

Hello,

Its interesting that you cannot see your video on your smart phone. Do you happen to have a URL we can look at as well as note which mobile device you are testing on?
