Streaming on Chrome/ie/firefox does not work anymore...

The player just worked yesterday and is not working anymore. I am streaming audio thru a rtmp stream and it no longer plays and additionally it crashes the flash player every time. I want to default to html5 but I have seen that articles say that the mode tags are gone. HTML5 works great but the flash player keeps crashing. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW we are using adobe streaming encoder to encode the audio, and the link to the player is;

http://nightflightoldies.com/

You have to click on the listen live button.
It works flawlessly on Safari as well as iPhone.

This is using MP3 files within your manifest on desktop, not RTMP. I highly suggest using AAC files to work with our player if you’re putting out an audio stream.

Well we have tried that option we are using the wowza server, and frankly that does not explain how it was working fine for MONTHS and all of the sudden stopped working. Please address the issue of making it an html5 only player. Thanks

The aac files skip like crazy. Therefore that is not an option, to make things more clear.

Thank you for your time and patience in these matters.

We have not pushed any changes to the player recently, so I’m not sure on our end why this would also be happening. HTML5 cannot be used on desktop with streaming, as we require Flash to operate with both HLS and RTMP. If you’d like an older version of the player, I should be able to provide a link, though again, 6.11 was released back in December and we have not made any changes since then.
