Slow on live stream in jwplayer 6.11

i try my livestream server in http://www.jwplayer.com/wizard/, and the stream always lag/slow, but when i play vod it work normally

this is my hls stream http://118.97.167.8/jhos/antv.m3u8

I’d suggest testing with our CDN version of 6.12 RC:
http://p.jwpcdn.com/6/12/jwplayer.js
I’ve just checked this out and performance has seemed to improve with this version.

when i load the RC script the player version is 6.9 ???

i am having multiple issues because your "p" domain is not https and the way I have my playlists and S3 permissions etc. So i had to copy the script into notepad and upload to my own... maybe corrupted ?
Do you have the script on a https domain at all? Now I cant right click the flash player to see the version but i am not getting chromecast icon so i am seeing 6.9
