Do you supply a set up service

I cannot get the videos to play and I am stuck as to what to do next.
There is something going on with the html5 which is stopping my videos to play and to try and repair this myself is over my head so require some much needed help or advice as to where I go from here.All I want is to be able to show mp4 videos on my wordpress blog. Do you have a setup service that can set all this up for me?
